Rationale of fair use for Jos. Louis[edit]

The image Image:Jos_Louis.jpg is being linked to Jos. Louis; though the picture is originally copyright, I 03:48, 23 July 2007 (UTC) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image is of significantly lower resolution than the original screenshot (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
2. No free or public domain images have been located for this product.
3. The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the product in any way.
4. The screenshot is related to, and is intended to represent, the product . Its inclusion in the article is important because it represents a significant point in the product life that is overviewed in the article. Additionally, the image helps to illustrate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
5. The Logo is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract
