Oleg Strakhanovich (born October 13 1979) is a Belarusian footballer. He plays for FC MTZ-RIPO.

Football career
Strakhanovich started his career at FK Pinsk-900. In the start of 1998 season, he move to top division for FC Dinamo Brest. In 2002, he moved to FC BATE. After a short spell at Kazakhstani club Tobol Kostanay[1], he moved to FC MTZ-RIPO in summer 2005.
In the start of 2007 season, he was loaned to FBK Kaunas, a sister club owned by Vladimir Romanov.[2]
But he rejoined MTZ in the summer of 2007.[3]
On July 1 he scored the winning goal for Dinamo Minsk in their Europa League match against Macedonian team Renova, so an assumption that he has signed for Minsk is to be believed.
