Ali Sabieh Region is a region in southern Djibouti.

The Region is bordered by the Arta Region to the north, the Dikhil Region to the west, Somalia to the east, and Ethiopia to the south. Prior to the creation of the Arta Region in 2003, Ali Sabieh shared a border with the Djibouti Region.
Largely arid, the Ali Sabieh Region is noted for its bare plains of Petit Bara and Grand Bara.
