Ārām in Sanskrit, Hindi, Persian and Urdu is ease, quiet, comfort, convenience, to take rest, and eventually to live at ease. Ārām is a process that makes life more meaningful, and enjoyable. It defines our feeling of spirituality, not necessarily through religion, but related to our higher self or any divine element within our being, which targets our calmness in a new state of mind.
