İnönü award, is a monetary state award for the honour of İsmet İnönü, second President of Turkey. Rules of award are regulated by Law nr:4933. There are two type İnönü award;
- İnönü evaluation award;for each the following areas,in every three years, Internationally valuable work of
- Science
- Art
- Investigation&Invention (on the human and animal health, national defence, on the developing and improving production)
- İnönü encourage award;in the same areas, yearly, Nationally valuable works.
Awards are given by three jury(one jury for each area). Jurors are nominated by Universities and selected and accepted by Ministry of Culture.
