13085 Borlaug (provisional designation: 1992 HA4) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory in Chile on April 23, 1992. It is named after Norman Borlaug, an American agronomist, humanitarian, and Nobel Peace Prize laureate.
