The IBAF AAA (18U) Baseball World Championship is a 18 and under international baseball tournament sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation (IBAF), which was first held in 1981 in United States. It is one of several tournaments considered by the IBAF to be considered a minor world championship, and as such the results of the tournaments have an impact on the IBAF World Rankings.[1]
The current champions are the USA. They won their sixth title at the 2012 18U Baseball World Championship held in Seoul, South Korea.
The 2013 18U Baseball World Championship will be held in Taichung, Taiwan.

- 1997: The bronze medal game between Canada and the United States was cancelled due to rain, and both teams were declared bronze medalists.
