The 19th Critics' Choice Awards were presented on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport, honoring the finest achievements in 2013 filmmaking. Broadcast on The CW, it was hosted by American actress Aisha Tyler.

Nominees for the 19th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards were announced on Monday, December 16, 2013.[1] The awards ceremony took place on 16 January in the Barker Hangar, Santa Monica.[2][3][4]
