The 2002 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards featured a musical performance from double platinum recording artist Pink. The theme music for the awards was a Nickelodeon instrumental version of She Blinded Me With Science by Thomas Dolby. Rosie O'Donnell again hosted the awards presentation that was voted on by a record-breaking 22 million kids for their favorites.

The following is a list of nominees and winners of the April 20, 2002 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. The award show was held at the Barkar Hangar at Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, California.

Note: this event used a special nickelodeon logo, due to the blimp logo looking different than previous ceremonies.
