The 2004 Major League Baseball Japan All-Star Series was the ninth edition of the championship held in a best-of-eight series format between the All-Star teams from Major League Baseball (MLB) and Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). MLB won the series by 5-3-0[1] and Vernon Wells was named the series MVP.
