Roster Notes[edit]

  • Forward/guard Doug Christie becomes the 8th former Laker to play with the crosstown rival Clippers.
  • Guard Von Wafer becomes the 9th former Laker to play with the Clippers as well.
  • Forward Lamond Murray, who played for the team from 1994 to 1999, was signed and included in the preseason roster but was cut before the actual NBA season began. Had he remained, he would have been the 10th former Clipper to achieve a second tour of duty with the franchise.
