The 2006 Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team represented the University of Delaware in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) college football in its seventh season as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference (CAA), and the football program's final season of play in the A–10. They were lead by K.C. Keeler, who was in his fifth season as head coach of the Fightin' Blue Hens. The team played its home games at Delaware Stadium in Newark, Delaware.
