The 2012–13 Midland Football Alliance season is the 19th in the history of Midland Football Alliance a football competition in England. The 2012–13 Midland Football Combination season (known as the 2012–13 Athium Midland Football Combination for sponsorship reasons) is the 76th in the history of Midland Football Combination a football competition in England and feeder to the Midland Football Alliance. The 2012–13 West Midlands (Regional) League season is the 112th in the history of the West Midlands (Regional) League. It is also a feeder league to the Midland Football Alliance.
