The 2012 Clemson Tigers baseball team represented Clemson University in the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tigers competed in the Atlantic Coast Conference's Atlantic Division and were led by nineteenth-year head coach Jack Leggett. Clemson played its home games at Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson, South Carolina.
