The 2012 UST Growling Tigers men's basketball team represents the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in the men's basketball tournament of the 75th season of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines. The team is led by seventh-year head coach Alfredo Jarencio and senior captain Jeric Fortuna.

Preseason tournaments[edit]

The Tigers currently participate in one off-season tournament: the 2012 Filoil Flying V Preseason Hanes Cup, where they advanced to the quarterfinal round but bid goodbye in the tournament after losing to NU Bulldogs 68–77.[1]
