2513 Baetslé is a main belt asteroid with an orbital period of 1262.4733241 days (3.46 years).[1]

The asteroid was discovered on September 19, 1950.

Observations by the IRAS satellite in 2007 showed an absolute magnitude of 13.40, a diameter of 16.67 kilometers, a rotational period of 6.08 hours, and an albedo of 0.0278. While the size, rotational period and orbital data are unremarkable, the albedo is exceptionally low, suggesting a composition that is mostly carbon.
