2540p is a progressive video format developed by Red Digital Cinema Camera Company.
It features 2540 lines of resolution. It is currently in use, by the RED ONE released in 2007 at the NAB showcase.
The 2540p mode features a horizontal resolution of 4520 pixels, although sometime in the future this may be changed for technical reasons.
