2740 Tsoj (1974 SY4) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on September 26, 1974 by L. Zhuravleva at Nauchnyj.

Named in memory of Viktor Tsoi (1962–1990), poet, composer, and soloist of the Soviet rock-group Kino.
