6984 Lewiscarroll (1994 AO) is an outer main-belt asteroid discovered on January 4, 1994 by H. Shiozawa and T. Urata at Fujieda.

Lewiscarroll was featured in the plot of Jasper Fforde's The Woman Who Died a Lot, though it was actually a mistake, as he had intended to use 6042 Cheshirecat originally.[2]
