A. P. B. Nayar

A. P. Balakrishnan Nayar (1913–1998)[citation needed] served in the Controller of Defence Accounts offices at Secunderabad, Mysore and Calcutta.[1]

In 1968, he returned to the main offices in New Delhi as Controller General of Defence Accounts,[2] a position he held until his retirement.[citation needed]
