Acyl-CoA thioesterase 9 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ACOT9 gene.[1]

Function[edit]

The protein encoded by this gene is a mitochondrial acyl-CoA thioesterase of unknown function. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.[1]
