The Transmission of the Al-Maraziq[edit]

The Maraziq moved from Badia Najd in the late 10th century to the coast of Oman. Through Ras Al Khaimah, which was then called Julfar, accompanied by Al Qasimi in 1169 Al-Hijra, they moved to (Bar Fares), famous for Shibkoh by sailing ships, the means that existed at the time. The tribe was headed by the transfer of the great, Rashid and Suleiman, the sons of Matar bin Rashid Al Marzouqi. And they went down to a place known today as the village of Duan Al-Gharbia or (Kafrakhun), from which most of the members of the Al-Maraziq tribe headed by their elder: Rashid bin Matar Al-Marzouqi move to another place today called the village of Maghoh for the wideness of its suburbs and the validity of its site for housing, which is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf, east of a mountain called Jabal Yard, and is about 7 kilometers away from it.

Migration[edit]

The rule of the Al-Maraziq region was received after his son Sheikh Ahmed. He was a good man famous for asceticism and piety, loved by all people, and he was a good friend of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Qasimi, ruler of the Lingeh region, where he spent most of his time with him, either in the city of Lingeh or in Maghoh. In the days of his rule, Mirza Ahmed Dryabki was presented with the Iranian warship named (Persepolis) from the city of Bushehr and assaulted the city of Lingeh and its ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Qasimi, and hit the city with artillery by the British naval piece stationed on the island of Hangam or (Haniam). Sheikh Ahmed Al Marzouqi and his son Sultan blew their men to help Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Qasimi, and defend the city of Lingeh, and after Daryabki occupied the city of Lingeh, Sheikh Ahmed Al Marzouqi prepared several ships and transported Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Qasimi, his family and his friend Mr. Youssef Al-Mahrkani to the Emirate of Sharjah, in 1317 to migrate where the Al Qasimi royal family settled. Many Al Marzooqi households can be found in Sharjah today.

Sheikh Ahmed Al-Marzouqi continued to rule the region until 1385 of the migration, where he was dismissed from the rule of the region, at the will of the members of the village of Maghoh and after his removal, they elected one of the country's notables named Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Salem. And he was the son of a good man from the number. Thus, the rule of the Maraziq tribe in the area of Bar Faris, who had protected it for nearly two hundred and sixteen years. Sheikh Ahmed bin Ali Al Marzouqi, the last ruler of Al-Maraziq in Bar Faris, moved to the United Arab Emirates, and settled in its capital Abu Dhabi to the year 1400 to migrate, then moved from it to the Emirate of Ajman and lived there. As for the son of Sheikh Abdul Rahim Al-Marzouqi, Sheikh Abdullah who was in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he moved from there in 1391 to the United Arab Emirates and its capital lived with his family, and a large group of members of the Al-Maraziq tribe who moved from Bar Faris. As for Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Salem, who was elected by the people of the village of Maghoh, he continued to rule the region until 1393 for immigration, and as a result of the movement of members of the tribe from the region, after the weak control of its Arab rulers, he moved to the UAE and lived in the Emirate of Sharjah with his family.
