A Case of Orthopedic Fetishism is the 1991 release from German industrial and noise group Genocide Organ. The first 7" by Genocide Organ, pressed on acetate records. A run of just 60 copies and available in 3 colors: black, gold, red. Two different covers were made: a green alien-looking one and one that has 2 heads with their brains showing. Some came with razors attached and a little picture. Released by Two Thousand Maniacs.[1]
