A Hawk and a Hacksaw is the eponymous debut album by A Hawk and a Hacksaw released in July 2002 on Cloud Recordings and re-released in June 2004 on The Leaf Label.

The album provided the soundtrack for the documentary Zizek!, directed by Astra Taylor, wife of Neutral Milk Hotel founder Jeff Mangum (former bandmate of Jeremy Barnes).
