Abdoulaye Cissé (born December 24, 1983 in Adzopé, Côte d'Ivoire) is a naturalized Burkinabé football striker, who plays for Al-Siliya Sports Club.

Cissé moved to Al-Siliya Sports Club from Al Faisaly following a loan to Al-Khor Sports Club during the 2006/07 season.

He was a member of the Burkinabé 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals.
