The Abyssinian Genet (Genetta abyssinica) is a species of genet. It is native to Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, Sudan, and Djibouti,[1] and inhabits moorland, grasslands and sub-desert areas.[2] The Abyssinian genet is rated "Least Concern" by the IUCN Red List. There are no subspecies of the Abyssinian genet.
