Activity Breaks is an Irish entertainment television series broadcast on TV3. The show made its début on Irish television Thursday 21 December 2006. It highlights Activity Holidays around Europe from ActivityBreaks.com Home Grown programming from Ireland's first commercial television station TV3 Ireland and local online holiday company activitybreaks.com. It was produced by Screentime Shinawil [1]

The first series followed two presenters as they visited some of Europe’s most popular activity holiday destinations and tried out some activities. The presenters explored and experienced a range of holidays for adrenaline junkies and spa lovers alike, from horse riding through vineyards in Tuscany to Powered Parachuting in Seville. The guys, Kyle And Andrew [2] kept a blog while on their travels to accompany the show.
