Ada or Ada-Foah is a town in eastern Ghana, lying on the Atlantic Ocean coast east of Accra, on the estuary of the River Volta. It is known for its beaches and for water sports and consists of three widely separated settlements: Big Ada, Ada Foah and Ada Kasseh.
In 1992, in recognition for humanitarian work, Isaac Hayes was crowned an honorary king of the district.
