Banebshenan banebshen (In Persian بانبشنان بانبشن) was the Pahlavi title of Sassanid Queens of Persia.[1] The most famous Banebshenan banebshens are Mohri mother of king Hormizd III and Purandokht daughter of King Khosrau II who ruled the Sassanid Empire for a year and half.
