José Adilson "Maguila" Rodrigues dos Santos (born September 2, 1958 in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil) is a former Brazilian heavyweight boxer. Rodrigues currently resides in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.

Rodrigues is a former World Boxing Foundation (WBF) heavyweight champion, and held the South American title for 14 straight years, from 1986 to 2000.
