AmericanSnipers.org (formerly Adopt a Sniper.org) is an organization that generates civic donations for gear purchases for military snipers to supplement the sniper equipment needs not provided by the military. It is funded entirely by civic donations and staffed entirely by sworn veteran, American police, and SWAT snipers, and all donated funds go to purchase gear, shipping charges or fundraisers for these same groups. AmericanSnipers has been featured on numerous news magazines such as Fox News and CNN.
