Adrian Truss is a British-born Canadian actor, writer and director whose more recent work is as a voice actor for animated children's TV shows, Movies and commercials.

Since moving from England to Canada in 1957, he has starred in many movies, plays, and television shows. He has provided the voice for the father in Rolie Polie Olie and was the voice for Dragon in the television series Jane and the Dragon.

He is a founding member of the internationally renowned comedy troupe, Illustrated Men which includes Bruce Hunter and David Huband.

Truss has performed for The Second City and appeared in episodes of SCTV.

Adrian studied at Ryerson University from 1975 to 1977, he has written and directed several plays for the stage, including Dragonhead, Retribution and Tale of the Scorpion which were well received in both US and Canada. He has also written episodic TV (Puppets Who Kill) and for the last three years has written the highly successful Toronto ACTRA Awards.

Amongst other things, Adrian is currently working as Stage Manager for his partner's (Brooke Johnson) Trudeau Stories.
