Adventure science fiction

Adventure science fiction or sci-fi adventure is a subgenre of science fiction that covers tense and rousing stories involving aliens, robots, the future and/or other science fiction elements.[1]

Examples include the film Stargate (1994) and its television series[1][2][3] and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008).
