Afghanistani refers to someone possessing the nationality of the country Afghanistan. It generally refers to the nation and people of the country Afghanistan. Coined recently, the word Afghanistani is a wide-range title that reflects all citizens of Afghanistan with different races and backgrounds, rather than only referring to Pashtun citizens.
