Afro-Caymanians or Black Caymanians are Caymanians whose ancestry lies within the continent of Africa, most notably West Africa.

As of 2013, people of solely African descent are a minority ethnic group in the Cayman Islands, accounting for 20% of the country's population. An additional 40% of the country is multiracial, predominantly of mixed black African and white European descent.[1]
