Okil Ghaybulloyevich Okilov or Oqil Oqilov (Tajik: Оқил Оқилов, Oqil Oqilov or عاقل غیباللهیویچ عاقلف) (born 2 February 1944) has served as the Prime Minister of Tajikistan since 20 December 1999. He is a member of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan. He is the last state ruler world-wide to assume office in the 2nd millennium.
