Al-Thawrah (Arabic: الثورة Aṯ Ṯawra) is a district (mantiqah) of the Ar-Raqqah Governorate in Syria. At the 2004 Census it had a population of 159,840. The centre of the district is the city of Al-Thawrah.
The district of Al-Thawrah is divided into three sub-districts or Nāḥiyas (population according to 2004 official census):
- Al-Thawrah nahiyah (ناحية الثورة): population 69,425.
- Al-Mansurah nahiyah (ناحية المنصورة): population 58,727
- Al-Jarniyah nahiyah (ناحية الجرنية): population 31,688.
