Alaska Seaplane Service is an airline based in Juneau, Alaska, USA. It operates scheduled services around Alaska, as well as charters. Its main base is Juneau International Airport.[1] As the name of the airlines indicate, the fleet consists of seaplanes.
The airline has seen its insurance premiums increase and its coverage decrease.[2]

The airline was established in 1954 and was formerly known as Loken Aviation.[1]
Alaska Seaplane received approval from the US Department of Transportation to begin scheduled airline service on August 4, 1997.[3]
Alaska Seaplane provides essential air service to Angoon and Tenakee.[4]
