Aleksei Rustamovich Abdulkhalikov (Russian: Алексей Рустамович Абдулхаликов; born 3 March 1975) is a Russian professional football player. In 2009, he played in the Russian Second Division for FC Dynamo Kirov. He also holds Uzbekistani citizenship.

He is the twin brother of Aleksandr Abdulkhalikov.
