He scored "a wonderful effort" against Arsenal's youth team in the 2008–09 FA Youth Cup Final.[2] He moved on to Fulham in August 2010, together with Lauri Dalla Valle, as part of the deal in which Fulham's Paul Konchesky joined Liverpool.[3] He was an unused substitute as Fulham drew with Sunderland on 19 November 2011.[4]
[edit] Watford
On 30 January 2012, Kačaniklić joined Football League Championship club Watford on a youth loan until the end of the season.[5] He made his debut the next day in a 2–0 away win against Millwall.[6] Kačaniklić scored his first goal in a 3–2 home win against Burnley on 3rd March.
