Alexander Mitscherlich (September 20, 1908, Munich, Upper Bavaria – June 26, 1982) was a German psychiatrist.
Born in Munich, he was a professor of psychiatry at the University of Frankfurt, and in 1969 he was awarded the Peace Prize of the German Book Trade.
He died in Frankfurt.
