Early life and career
Born in Somerset, she studied music at the private St Mary's School in Wantage, Oxfordshire. In the late 1990s, Edenborough enjoyed a career as the pop singer Alex E. Managed by Terry Ellis, her eponymous debut album was released in 1998, and her first single was titled "Tonight." It reached #1 in Asia.
On 31 December, 2008, she married British actor Gary Oldman in Santa Barbara, California. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Alexandra was educated at King's Hall School and King's College, Taunton where she was part of the jazz band at school.
