Alexis Govciyan

Alexis Govciyan (born 1956) is a human rights activist, awarded by the highest French order of Légion d'honneur in 2007. He was a member of the political bureau of Union for French Democracy from 2004 to 2007; and he was the first French candidate of Armenian origin participating in European elections.
