Alfredo Fuentes Hernández

Alfredo Fuentes Hernández is a Colombian diplomat, lawyer and economist. As the Director General for Legal Affairs, he became the interim Secretary General of the Andean Community of Nations in August 2006, after Allan Wagner Tizón's resignation.[1] He was succeeded by Freddy Ehlers Zurita (Ecuador), in January 2007.[2]
Fuentes was previously dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of the Andes, Colombia.[3]
