Aly Zaker (Bengali: আলী যাকের; born in November 06, 1944) is an actor, director in Bangladeshi National Television drama and theatre.[1] He is one of the trustees of Liberation War Museum (মুক্তিযুদ্ধ জাদুঘর), a writer[2] [3] [4] and a personality in the domestic advertising industry and the owner of Asiatic Marketing Communications Limited (Asiatic 3 Sixty). A freedom fighter [5], Aly Zaker, has enriched theatre and television drama by his contribution.

He is also into photography. A photography exhibition named Balika was arranged in the year 2007 with the photos captured by him. His field of interest is mostly but not limited to birds, flowers and landscapes.

Aly was born in Chittagong. Among four siblings he is the third child of his parents - Muhammad Taher and Rezia Taher. Muhammad Taher was a higher ranked govt. official (District Magistrate). His wife Sara Zaker is also a media personality, entrepreneur and social activist in the country. They have two children Iresh Zaker and Sriya Sharbojoya.[6] Both Iresh and Sriya are working in Asiatic Marketing Communications Limited as executive director and brand communication manager respectively. While Sara Zaker is the deputy managing director of the company.

Born in Chittagong, Aly Zaker experienced the diversity of life living in different places since his early childhood as his father was in a transferable government job. He spent his early childhood in the district of Kushtia and Madaripur. Later they moved to Khulna and lived there for couple of years until they shifted to Dhaka.

He is the group chairman of Asiatic 3Sixty, an advertising agency in Bangladesh. In includes Asiatic Marketing Communications Ltd, Talkingpoint, MEC (media agency), Maxus, Asiatic Mindshare, ForthoughtPR, Ddhoni Chitra Ltd, 20 Miles, Nayantara Communications, Asiatic Events Ltd, Moitree Printers Ltd., MRC-Mode Ltd..
