Alicia Adélaide Needham (31 October 1864 (or 1875) – 24 December 1945) was an Irish composer of songs and ballads. She was born in Ireland, studied at the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music, and wrote songs and ballads in an Irish traditional style. She collaborated with songwriter Francis Fahy, among others. About two hundred of her songs exist and some have been issued on recordings. She died in London in 1945.
