Allgreen Properties Limited (SGX: A16) develops complex residential and corporate construction projects on freehold and leasehold land in Singapore. The company is the property development arm of Malaysian tycoon, Robert Kuok. Allgreen has several notable developments in Singapore including mixed-use commercial and residential development Great World City in Singapore.
It is a listed component of the Straits Times Index in that city.

The company wholly owns Great World City, which is one of Singapore's largest integrated property developments. This development comprises two 18-storey office towers connected to a 4-storey office podium, a 4-storey retail mall and 302 serviced apartments.
In addition the company also owns stakes in other investment properties such as Traders Hotel, a 546-room property near Orchard Road; Tanglin Mall, a smaller 4-storey shopping complex beside Traders Hotel; and Tanglin Place, a 4-storey commercial complex.
