Alt-N Technologies, Ltd., a software development company and former division of Research In Motion (RIM)[1], was founded in 1996 by Arvel Hathcock and produces and sells the MDaemon email server for Windows.[2] Alt-N Technologies develops email messaging and security server applications for the medium and small business communities.
Alt-N Technologies’ products are sold and supported internationally through a network of distributors and resellers.[3]
