Ammoudia (Greek: Αμμουδιά; known as Splantza, Σπλάντζα, before 1928) is a small fishing village in the municipal unit of Fanari in the Preveza Prefecture in Epirus. Ammoudia is located 10 km from Parga and is linked with GR-19 linking Preveza and Igoumenitsa. The Acheron delta lies within the village. The Ionian Sea lies to the west. The village offers panoramic views of the islands of Paxoi and Antipaxoi. Farmlands cover the area around Ammoudia, the mountains covers the eastern and the northern parts as well as hills.
