Analı kızlı soup a typical Anatolian (Malatya, Kahramanmaraş, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Tarsus, Adana) classic soup which includes meatballs, tomato, bulgur and chickpeas. Analı Kızlı (odd name, means 'with daughters and mothers', daughters being the chickpeas, mothers the little semolina (bulgur) balls, all in a soup like a yogurt sauce) another similar dish is Yuvalama; Siveydiz (the ultimate green garlic dish). It is a part of traditional Turkish cuisine.[1]
