Analı kızlı soup an Anatolian (Malatya, Kahramanmaraş, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Tarsus, Adana) soup which includes meatballs, tomato, bulgur, and chickpeas. Analı Kızlı (literally, 'with daughters and mothers', daughters being the chickpeas, mothers the little semolina (bulgur) balls, all in a soup like a yogurt sauce) another similar dish is Yuvalama; Siveydiz (the ultimate green garlic dish). It is a part of traditional Turkish cuisine.[1]
